A group of six friends were lucky enough to be staying on the Langdale estate, and make a booking here. A truly marvellous evening, made all the better by fantastic staff. Special thanks to Andi, who was our table waitress and made us very welcome The food is very special - carefully prepared and delicious. Nice surroundings, including a bar, and a pleasant atmosphere. A must if you're staying in the area, but book beforehand.

We visited for my dad's birthday and we had an amazing meal. The food was excellent and well cooked. Drinks were also good. Definitely recommend. Shannon a member of the staff also thought about us and brought a little treat with candles for my dad. Thank you everyone for making this evening unforgettable.

Never had a bad meal. Staff are always very attentive and friendly. Service is quick. Food is tasty and a bit different from standard pub grub, so it's a nice change.

Beautiful decor, very friendly staff, good choice of food including vegetarian and vegan choices, however, the mac n cheese was a bit bland and dry and the vegan chickpea and corriander burger extremely dry
